Juicing Over 40 provides access to juice and smoothie recipes, health tracking tools, and wellness resources. We offer one program:

• 365-Day Program: 365 days of recipes ($37 one-time payment)

All payments are one-time purchases with lifetime access to your purchased program. No recurring charges.

3. Account Registration

To access the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are one-time payments in USD and do not include applicable taxes
• You will receive a receipt via email after successful payment
• Payments are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in our refund policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing customers

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. To request a refund:

• Contact support@juicingover40.com within 7 days of purchase
• Provide your transaction ID and reason for refund
• Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days

After 7 days, all sales are final. Refunds will result in loss of access to the Service.

All content on Juicing Over 40, including recipes, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Share your account credentials with others

You may print recipes for personal use only.
